At the Village Trustee Meeting on July 28th, the Village Municipal Tax Rate was set to $.3302 per $100 of assessed value.  This equates to an increase of $27 on the average-value ($280,000) dwelling.

Unified Finance Director Sara Macy also noted this is the final year for the Village penny-on-the-dollar tax for Economic Development. To continue, that will have to be renewed at the next annual meeting.

While Village residents will see this tax rate increase beginning in September, 2020, their Town tax bill will not increase noticeably. See Town Tax Rates Set.
