SB made minor changes to and approved the Winter Operations Plan, discussed whether to say the pledge of allegiance at meetings, talked more about Separation agreements, appointed four candidates to the Conservation & Trails Committee, and firmed up questions for applicants to their vacant seat. As has become routine, the meeting ended after multiple executive sessions.
